Background Checks

All staff must provide original copies of:

• PA Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Check and
• FBI Fingerprinting

All staff to provide written permission for Camp to complete the National Sexual Offender Search.

Clearances to be Submitted PRIOR to June 1st:

• Clearances Required: Adult Staff
• Clearances Required: Minors – Staff under Age 18
• Identification Requirements Minors
• W-4 Form – New Staff Only, or if you need to change withholding
• Link to Obtain PA Police Criminal Check – Do not submit as “volunteer”
• Link to Obtain PA Child Abuse – Do not submit as “volunteer”
• Link to Obtain Fingerprint Check for Child Care (USE CODE 1KG756) – Do not submit as “volunteer”

Please note:

• Camp reserves the right to complete random drug and alcohol testing (not applicable to minors).
• If applying for a Driver position at DRC, you will also need to submit a Driver Background Check.
