Lower Camp, Ages 3-7
Our Lower Camp at Diamond Ridge provides a well-rounded experience for our younger campers in a warm, nurturing and caring environment. The camp program is comprised of a wide range of activities that allows our campers to explore and develop new interests and skills.
The daily schedule offers a varied mix of swim, team sports, arts, nature and outdoor activities. All campers participate in T.E.A.M. (Teaching Excellence in Aquatic Methods) Swim and Fun Swim on a daily basis. Our Athletic Program includes instruction and play in basketball, T-ball/softball, soccer, tennis, street hockey, gaga, newcomb, lacrosse and ropes course. Campers are exposed to a broad variety of activities in our Arts Program that include cooking, arts & crafts, ceramics, jewelcraft, showtime and more! The Outdoors Program allows campers to participate in nature, boating, fishing, archery and low ropes course activities.
We carefully screen and select all staff members at Diamond Ridge. All senior counselors in Lower Camp are mature adults with experience supervising young people. Many of our counselors are educators and sport instructors. The Diamond Ridge staff prides themself with the highest level of safety and supervision for our campers.
